The 2016 Learning for Change and Innovation World Congress was held in Adelaide from 7-9 November 2016. It was jointly organised by Global Centre for Work-Applied Learning (GCWAL) and the Action Learning, Action Research Association Inc (ALARA).
After successful conferences in 2013, 2014 and 2015, GCWAL, jointly presented with ALARA the 2016 LEARNING for CHANGE AND INNOVATION WORLD CONGRESS in Adelaide. ALARA has been organising Action Learning and Action Research World Congresses for many years both in Australia and overseas (the latest being in South Africa in November 2015).
The 2016 World Congress incorporated the ALARA 2016 Australasian Conference and brought together the distinctiveness of both GCWAL and ALARA in Action Learning and Action Research. It also extended GCWAL’s theme of Learning for Change in the workplace to Learning for Change in Education, Health and Communities.
