What is WAL Consultancy-Oriented Learning?

Work-Applied Learning (WAL) uses a consultancy-oriented learning approach which facilitates learning by chief executives and senior managers to effect organisational or divisional change.

This unique consultancy-oriented learning approach is grounded by the WAL formula of K+P1+Q = P2. This approach allows managers to work together with GCWAL facilitators to go through a creative thinking and learning process and acquire new learning experiences which they can use to plan and implement organisational or divisional change.
