1. I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, the information provided by me in this application form (and all documentation provided in relation to this application form) is true and complete. I acknowledge that GCWAL may vary or reverse the decision regarding admission made on the basis of any misrepresentations or incorrect or incomplete information provided by me, and I will not get credit for any modules or deliverables completed. I consent to GCWAL making any enquiries at any institution (including but not limited to Universities or colleges), business or person to confirm the qualifications and/or work experience that I have obtained and I consent to GCWAL providing this Application Form to those institutions, businesses or persons as proof of my consent.
2. I agree to abide by GCWAL’s rules and regulations and GCWAL’s Participant Handbook (as amended by GCWAL from time to time).
3. GCWAL reserves the right to modify, alter or withdraw any modules and/or to make modifications to the Programme delivery or deliverables without prior notice.
4. All fees are payable immediately upon issue of an invoice. I acknowledge that I will not be permitted to commence any module in the Programme until all fees are fully paid.
5. Fees payable by me (or my organisation) to GCWAL shall not be assignable or transferable towards the credit or benefit of another participant or for any other matter, without the prior consent of GCWAL.
6. In the event that GCWAL is unable to provide the Programme in its totality, a refund of my Programme fees will be made based on the proportion of the Programme not delivered. If GCWAL withdraws an offer on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information provided by me and I have not commenced the Programme, GCWAL reserves the right to retain 10% of the Programme fee.
7. Save as provided in Item 6 herein, all fees paid/payable to GCWAL are non-refundable.
8. I accept that any breach of a term or condition in this application form, GCWAL’s rules and regulations, policies or of the Participant Handbook (as amended from time to time) may render me liable to disciplinary action, or de-registration from GCWAL.
9. I undertake to obtain any relevant consent from the management of the organisation(s) on which I will base my deliverables.
10. I acknowledge that all materials provided to me during the Programme (including learning materials) are subject to the GCWAL’s copyright (unless otherwise specified in writing) and I must not photocopy or distribute the materials (including learning materials) to any persons. If I do so, I will be in breach of copyright and will be liable for serious penalties.
11. I agree to inform GCWAL of any special needs I have that should be taken into account for the duration of my Programme and that I do this before I have paid the Programme fees.
12. I acknowledge that I am aware of an option to obtain certification on successful completion of the Programme. This option is available if I meet the entry requirements explained to me prior to enrolment and I complete the deliverables at postgraduate level.
13. I agree that the laws in force in South Australia govern this agreement with GCWAL and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia (Adelaide Registry).
