The WAL 2 for Change Programme

is designed to enable chief executives and senior managers to extend their knowledge and application of the WAL change process. They will use the knowledge and the WAL process to develop a plan for introducing Organisational Learning and Knowledge Management in their workplace and undertake a Work-based Project.

The programme is delivered over 8 months, with online content and in-built support from experienced GCWAL facilitators. 

Participants will complete change project plans and an implementation report of the change process. Successful completion of this programme will result in the award of certification as a Certified Senior WAL Practitioner by GCWAL and Action Learning, Action Research Association as well as advanced standing in Masters qualification at the Australian Institute of Business and Leeds Trinity University, UK.

Participants who have completed this programme have the option to proceed to the WAL 3 for Change Programme.
