The WAL Change Programme is designed to enable leaders, managers and their teams to introduce change and innovation into their organisation, for example by:
- undertaking incremental improvements;
- adding a new feature to a current product;
- making a process or system more efficient, and/or
- planning and implementing new ideas to address challenges.
There are three levels within the WAL Change Programme as shown below. This approach results in changes occurring through a systematic cyclical process of planning, acting, observing, reflecting, evaluating and validating the change project or programme.
Each consecutive level involves deliverables and the undertaking of the relevant online learning and virtual collaboration. The change process is a gradual one, with a growth in professional expertise over time.
